Christine E. Olshesky Christine Olshesky has been involved in environmental risk management for more than 15 years. Prior to joining LCS, she held several management positions with financial institutions, which included training and managing staff across the country on corporate risk policies as well as ordering, managing, and reviewing thousands of environmental reports provided by third-party consultants and engineers serving banks. Using her technical background and business knowledge, she also introduced cost-effective investigations through tiered due diligence products.

Ms. Olshesky has worked closely with property managers, branch managers, employees, consultants, and regulatory agencies to address issues such as asbestos, underground storage tanks, indoor air quality, mold, and the sale and acquisition of corporate and retail space. She has also been involved in retrofitting buildings with state-of-the-art HVAC, interior finishes, and space planning with sensitivity to environmental awareness and engineering practices.

Ms. Olshesky has tremendous insight on how best to support a bank's internal environmental department, and her wealth of experience significantly enhances LCS's service packages to lenders and property managers. One of her primary contributions is the management of our Peer Review Services which supports bank environmental specialists in the review and management of environmental due diligence reports.
