Ms. Daly has more than five years of experience in various aspects of the environmental remediation field. She has conducted more than 1,750 Environmental Site Assessments, which includes all aspects of data collection, data review, and report preparation, at a variety of commercial and industrial properties, from manufacturing facilities to apartment complexes. She also has an abundance of hands on experience conducting both asbestos and lead-based paint surveys, as well as managing large property portfolios, training environmental professionals, and assisting in Phase II investigations.

In addition, while earning a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from the University of Tampa, Ms. Daly volunteered at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Domestic Waste Water Compliance and Enforcement Division. Her position there involved conducting assessments to determine compliance with local, state, and federal environmental laws pertaining to the operation and maintenance of waste water treatment plants.

She currently holds certifications as a New York State Department of Labor Asbestos Inspector; from the ASTM Conference on Environmental Site Assessments for Property Transfer; and in RMD's Lead Paint Inspection procedures.
