Former Citizens Bank SVP Having Big Impact at LCS, Inc.

When Dan Kaley decided to retire after 25 years with Mellon and Citizens Bank, he didn’t necessarily plan on jumping back into the work force so soon. Dan accepted an offer at LCS to become is Construction Services Division President shortly after retiring. When asked about why he decided to exit retirement so quickly Dan simply stated "I knew I would get bored quickly without being involved in the business, and LCS allowed me to make the changes in their system I believe the banking community has asked about for several years. It’s just such a good fit!"

In the time that Dan has been on board, he has expanded the Construction Division service packages to include a variety of ala carte services with fixed fees and graduated pricing based on the needs of the Bank and the Borrower.

Dan has also streamlined the report process to include only the data pertinent to the Banks needs and bundled the report into a concise presentation with clear and simply stated recommendations and opinions.

Dan has also expanded the training program at LCS to include several other employees in the Construction Monitoring service area allowing for greater and more timely coverage to LCS’ valued client base.
