Asbestos and Lead, Radon and Mold Assessments

LCS provides AHERA based inspections for asbestos containing materials as well as pre-demolition and pre-construction inspection services in accordance with EPA NESHAPS regulations and state requirements. We have designed asbestos abatement strategies, let bids and managed the abatement process for several national clients. Periodic project monitoring services are often requested by our client base as well.

Our Lead-based Paint services include XRF testing and evaluations, risk assessments, abatement design and project management as well as operations and maintenance manuals and procedures as a “best management” practice for our multi-family property clients.

LCS has also performed mold assessments and risk analysis as well as Radon testing, remedial design and project management for several national retail clients and lending institutions.
