ASTM Phase I ESA ASTM 1527-00

Many of our clients are lending institutions who do not need or require All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Phase I ESA reports. They have asked us to keep the “old” ASTM Standard Phase I ESA product for their business lending decision needs. The fees and turnaround time for these reports are very competitive and afford our client base the option of choosing the level of due diligence satisfactory to their needs without forcing them into a predetermined report format that may not be applicable to their operations.
