When should we use it?

Innocuous properties that are either in portfolio or have previous environmental reports with favorable findings. Best used on portfolio updates, new deals in Small Balance market and for evaluating a number of properties for site selection and development. This report meets and exceeds the New USSBA Guidance Document (May 2008) environmental due diligence requirements for small balance loans.
