What is this report?

An Environmental database report with standard historical maps and other historical and municipal research included. The report is reviewed by an Environmental Professional with recommendations and opinions on how to proceed. The report is low cost and fully insured.

When should we use it?

For SBA specific loan amount over $150,000 on property with usage that does not match the SBA NAICS "Hot Code" list. This report can be used on SBA loans up to $5MM. This report meets and exceeds the Current USSBA Guidance Document environmental due diligence requirements for small balance loans.
