LCS can act as an "out-sourced" environmental policy department by assisting in the writing of policy, setting up Master Service Agreements (MSAs) between the lender and its consultants, reviewing environmental reports submitted by borrowers, and providing overall management of the due diligence functions to maintain quality control.
