Prior to joining LCS, Daniel Kaley served as the vice president of real estate risk management services at a major national bank for more than 20 years. During his tenure there, he developed and successfully implemented environmental due diligence, peer review programs, and construction-related review and monitoring programs. He also managed the real estate risk services department and had overall responsibility for QA/QC, and procurement and review of environmental and construction reports provided by third-party consultants and engineers.

At LCS, Mr. Kaley is president of Construction Lending Services. As president, he is responsible for the overall management of construction-related services, inspections, and project monitoring. He is also responsible for peer reviews for specific bank clients served by the entire firm.

Mr. Kaley's expertise, knowledge and experience rounds out the professional services staff at LCS and its subsidiaries.
