Mr. Mark V. LiPuma

Mr. LiPuma has over 20 years experience in environmental investigations, asbestos, lead-based paint, and other challenges facing lenders and real estate professionals on a daily basis.

Mr. LiPuma was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of a large environmental consulting firm that served clients across the United States and Europe. He has experienced first hand the problems facing real estate professionals, lenders, insurance companies, REITS and manufacturers in the acquisition, divestiture, and development of real estate.

Mr. LiPuma's past experience also includes the Director of Real Estate Services for one of the largest landowners in New York. His duties included the sale, leasing, and management of over 1300 properties as well as environmental diligence functions in acquisition, renovation, and demolition activities and insurance claim settlement.

Through his previous experience, Mr. LiPuma has developed a unique product and service package specifically targeted to a growing client base of lenders, real estate professionals, and attorneys. He has assembled an expert staff with experience in all aspects of a commercial real estate transaction.

Through LCS programs and services, Mr. LiPuma has assisted lenders and other real estate professionals in shedding environmental liability, and reducing service fees and overhead costs while streamlining their due diligence functions.
